Curators Coffee Company was founded by Raymond Ali with a clear mission to elevate Indonesian coffee. After seeing how limited access to post harvest research was for many farmers, he began sharing knowledge, building practical systems, and developing clear field ready methods that producers could immediately apply. What started as education quickly became collaboration. Today CCC supports emerging farms across multiple mountain regions, helping them refine quality and unlock their full potential.
This Semendo lot reflects that dedication. Grown in fertile highland soil at 1400 meters, the cherries undergo an extended 166 hour anaerobic fermentation in hermetically sealed bags before being washed and dried with precision. The result is bold yet refined, layered with cherry jam sweetness, deep rum raisin character, and a lifted dried orange finish that gives the cup structure and clarity.
