Return and Refund Policy

At Ripsnorter, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Should you, for any reason, not be entirely satisfied, we apply the following return and refund procedure.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning the product from your home to us are for your own account. For costs please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Non-returnable Items)

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

·       Perishable goods: This includes freshly roasted coffee beans and ground coffee where the seal has been broken after delivery, or which have been opened/used. Due to the limited shelf life and hygienic nature of these products, the right of withdrawal expires once the product has been opened or used.

·       Gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned.

3. Return Procedure

To register a return, please send an email to hello@ripsnorter.nl with the following information:

·       Your name

·       Order number

·       Which items you wish to return

·       Quantity of items

·       Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve our service)

We will then provide you with instructions for returning the item(s). Items returned without prior notification cannot be accepted.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

·       Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

·       In its original packaging, including all accessories supplied.

·       Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return to prevent damage. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this reduction in value to you.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (usually within 14 days after receipt of the returned item).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@ripsnorter.nl.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately at hello@ripsnorter.nl if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
