Welcome to Ripsnorter! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ripsnorter B.V. Ripsnorter operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Ripsnorter is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
1 – Access and Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm this and agree that you are responsible for any use of the Services by minor dependents under your supervision.
To place orders, you may need to provide personal and payment information. You confirm all provided information is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the submitted payment method.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and are accountable for all activity under your account.
2 – Our Products
We aim to represent our products accurately but cannot guarantee exact color or appearance due to device variations.
Coffee is a sealed, perishable product. Once opened, it is unsuitable for return. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
3 – Orders
Orders placed are offers to buy. Ripsnorter may accept or reject orders at our sole discretion. Acceptance occurs once payment is processed and an order confirmation is sent.
Orders placed before 09:00 CET on Monday will be roasted and dispatched by Friday. Later orders are held until the next roast cycle. Items ordered together ship together.

4 – Prices and Billing
All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping and customs charges are not included unless noted.
Accepted payment methods include: Shopify Payments, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You confirm the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use them. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.
5 – Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the Netherlands, EU, and internationally. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for customs duties or import taxes. Title and risk transfer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
6 – Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks on the Services belong to Ripsnorter or its licensors. You may not reuse or reproduce content without our written permission.
Use of the Services is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.
7 – Optional Tools
Third-party tools provided via the Services are offered “as is.” Use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s own terms.
We are not liable for any issues related to these third-party tools.
8 – Third-Party Links
Links to third-party websites are included for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. Use them at your own risk.
9 – Relationship with Shopify
Ripsnorter is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are between you and Ripsnorter. Shopify is not responsible for your order or any outcomes arising from your use of the Services.
You release Shopify from all claims related to transactions with Ripsnorter.
10 – Privacy Policy
Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, and some data is also processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge both privacy policies.
11 – Feedback
By submitting any feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it. You confirm you have rights to submit the content and that it complies with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to use, modify, or remove submitted feedback at our discretion.
12 – Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies on the Services at any time, including after orders have been placed.
13 – Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe on others’ rights. Prohibited conduct includes spamming, hacking, distributing malware, or impersonation.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
14 – Termination
We may terminate or restrict access to the Services at any time without notice. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, feedback, and other surviving clauses will continue to apply after termination.
15 – Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent allowed by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Services will be error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Ripsnorter, Shopify, and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ripsnorter, Shopify, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You will cooperate with us in the defense of any such claims.
18 – Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
19 – Waiver; Entire Agreement
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to do so later.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ripsnorter.
20 – Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations at any time.
21 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Rotterdam, unless otherwise required by consumer law.

Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
23 – Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance.
