What began as a festival exclusive in Manchester has evolved into a bundle we always hoped to share beyond the pop-up moments. Back then, it was crafted for curious drinkers lining up at a busy stand. Today, it exists for anyone who wants to taste Ethiopia side by side, in one small box.
Inside are three 100g drip coffee bags, each built from the same JARC 74158 variety grown by the legendary Tamiru Tadesse. One washed, one natural, and one anaerobic natural. Three expressions, one origin, one producer, one story told in different voices.
The washed coffee carries clean florals, bright sweetness, and a calm clarity. The natural has bold fruit, long sweetness, and a silky jammy body. The anaerobic natural brings deeper intensity, layered berries, and a wild aromatic punch that lingers like perfume.
We roast this collection for omni brewing, giving you flexibility whether you brew by hand, espresso machine, or somewhere in between.
