Meet El Dragon, our latest decaf from the beautiful mountains of Huila, Colombia. Grown between 1,700 and 2,100 metres above sea level, this coffee brings together the work of 25 smallholder producers, each contributing to a lot that celebrates quality, collaboration and seriously good coffee.

The journey starts with carefully selected coffees from varieties including Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Castillo and Colombia. Each lot is evaluated and cupped multiple times before being combined, ensuring that only coffees meeting the desired quality standards make the final selection.

Then comes the clever part. This coffee undergoes the sugarcane decaffeination process, using ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane to gently remove caffeine while preserving as much of the coffee's natural character as possible.

The result is a beautifully comforting cup packed with creamy milk chocolate, rich caramel sweetness and a smooth, lingering maple syrup finish. Sweet, rounded and full of character, exactly how we like our coffee.
