Chelbesa is one of the most celebrated areas in Yirgacheffe, producing coffees that are instantly recognizable for their vibrant fruit character. Farmers here cultivate local landrace varieties at high elevation, contributing their harvests to the Chelbesa washing station.
This natural lot is carefully floated, sorted, and slowly dried on raised beds to ensure clarity and complexity. The result is a layered and juicy cup that bursts with elderberry and sea buckthorn, rounded out by a soft peach sweetness.
