Our Coffees

At Ripsnorter we roast coffees that excite us. Some are meant for everyday brewing, others are rare gems that push the boundaries of flavour. To keep things clear we divide our coffees into two collections.

The Ripsnorter Collection is our core lineup, roasted on our Giesen W6 to bring out balance and clarity. The Bloody Ripper Collection is where we go deeper, roasting rare and experimental coffees on our Stronghold S7pro to dif a liiiil deeper to find the full potential of each lot.

Both collections share the same philosophy: incredible producers, honest sourcing, and roasting that respects the coffee. (always respect the coffee!)

Ripsnorter Collection

The Ripsnorter Collection is the heart of what we do. These are the coffees we drink every day and proudly serve at the bar. Carefully sourced from producers and partners around the world, this lineup focuses on coffees that are vibrant, expressive and consistently delicious.

Roasted on our Giesen W6, these coffees are developed to highlight sweetness, clarity and balance. From juicy African profiles to elegant Latin American lots and exciting Indonesian experiments, the Ripsnorter Collection showcases the diversity of specialty coffee in a way that is approachable and endlessly drinkable.

Bloody Ripper Collection

The Bloody Ripper Collection is where our curiosity goes wild. These are rare micro lots, competition level coffees and experimental fermentations that deserve their own stage.

Many of these coffees come from legendary producers or tiny lots that we were lucky enough to get our hands on. Quantities are often extremely limited and once they are gone, they are gone.

Bloody Rippers are roasted on our Stronghold S7pro, allowing us to dial in each coffee with incredible precision. This is where we explore deeper processing styles, rare varieties and unforgettable flavour experiences.
