RIPSNORTER JOURNEYS
One of the things we love most about coffee is the journeys it creates.
This summer, we'll be taking our own journey south to Brussels for World of Coffee, where we'll be teaming up with some incredible brands for a series of booth takeovers, brewing coffees, sharing ideas, and connecting with coffee people from all over the world.
At the same time, other journeys are heading our way.
Friends, producers, and coffee legends from Colombia and Panama will be making the trip to Rotterdam, bringing with them not only some of their most exciting coffees, but also the stories, experiences, and passion behind them. Through cuppings with Inmaculada, Finca Nogales, Manuel Barsallo, and Juan Pablo from Lohas, we'll have the opportunity to taste coffees side by side with the people who helped make them possible.
For us, this is one of the most exciting parts of specialty coffee. A seed planted on a mountainside in Colombia or Panama eventually finds its way into a cup in Rotterdam. Along the way it connects producers, roasters, baristas, and coffee drinkers through a shared experience.
These events are a celebration of those connections.
