The coffee at Grav Farm is produced by Yugian and Lucy, two passionate and environmentally conscious coffee entrepreneurs dedicated to zero-waste management throughout their production process—from cherry picking to water usage and beyond. Their efforts in sustainable coffee farming and post-harvest processing education make them influential figures in Indonesia’s specialty coffee scene.

Grav Farm gained recognition in the 2021 Indonesia Cup of Excellence, placing 19th, and reached the final round in 2022. This exquisite lot was processed using extended mucilage fermentation to enhance fruit-forward qualities. It was then washed and dried using thin drying techniques, resulting in a refined, elegant, and well-balanced coffee.
