LA MURALLA | WASHED

This amazingly clean and crisp washed Colombian is one of the first coffees to hit our menu whilst working together with our new friends at Osito.

La Muralla is an informal group of young producers in one of Huila's southernmost municipalities, San Agustín. Osito started working in San Agustín long before they even had a legal company and some of the first producers they met here are still part of the core of their work there today.

On average, this is the youngest group of producers with whom they are partnered as most are in their mid to late 20's. With that youth comes the energy and passion for producing high-end specialty coffee. As with all their producer relationships, we commit to buying everything that they produce that is 84 points and higher.
