The engine’s warming up, legends. Zjevaun's deep in prep mode for the World Barista Championship in Milan this October, and every day’s a new chance to sharpen the recipe, dial in the details, and push the boundaries of what a brew can be.
He’s not just pulling shots, he’s building weapons of flavor. Espresso, milk drink, signature beverage… every move gets rehearsed, refined, and tested. Soon he’ll be running full practice sets, with a jury of hardcore coffee heads ready to sip, score, and help fine-tune the run.
